Our mission
Kutana Housing Advocacy Services was established to address one of New Jersey’s most urgent challenges: ensuring people experiencing homelessness have equitable access to safe, stable, and sustainable housing.
We serve people who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness. Many face limited affordable housing, economic hardship, mental health challenges, housing discrimination, and complex systems that are difficult to navigate alone. We walk with them through all of it — before, during, and after the lease is signed.

Partnership
We are committed to contributing to a measurable reduction in homelessness through housing navigation, advocacy, and stabilization services.
We operate in full compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable landlord-tenant laws — expanding access to housing, strengthening landlord and community partnerships, and protecting tenant rights.
